Stayed at a lovely cottage near a donkey sanctuary. Needed a car to explore surrounding areas but could walk to the sanctuary. Clean cottage with all necessary facilities, including hair dryer and hand wash. Beds were made up with nice bedding and towels provided. Milk and biscuits were a nice touch. Picnic bench outside. Electricity meter had sufficient credit for our 5-day stay. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

The cottage was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. The location was great, with easy access to the main road and a lovely donkey sanctuary nearby. The welcome basket with tea, milk, and biscuits was a nice touch.
The seating in the cottage was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our time indoors. the holiday park where the cottage was located seemed run down and lacked necessary facilities, such as a local shop.

We stayed at a cosy and clean cottage. the beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our clothes. Claire and Duncan had decorated the cottage for Christmas, and we appreciated the little Christmas tree and festive touches. Tea, coffee, milk, and mince pies were provided, which was a nice touch. We also liked that the cottage was dog-friendly and that there was a dog bowl and treats available. the location was ideal, just 10 minutes from Sidmouth, and we enjoyed being woken up to the sound of the beautiful donkeys next door in the Sanctuary. We would definitely come here again. Thank you Claire and Duncan. Cons: N/A.

Spacious and classy chalet-style holiday house with vibrant decor. Equipped with stereo system and thoughtful treats in the fridge. Great wet room bathroom. A DVD player issue was the only hiccup. No internet, but a welcome break from phones. Parking and air conditioning would be nice additions. Dog-friendly and value for money.

The cottage was clean and cosy, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The owners had decorated it nicely for Christmas, adding a festive touch. The location was great, just a short distance from the beach and close to a popular attraction. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The cottage was a bit hard to locate due to the holiday park it was situated in. The lack of shops and amenities nearby meant that having transportation was necessary.
